The WSSL Spring season ended Sunday, June 13, 2004.  All game reports were due to the WSSL Scorekeeper immediately.  Due to the numerous days of lightning, thunder, and rain, dozens of games were cancelled and fields closed due to unsafe or unplayable conditions.  Since so many of the unplayed games had an effect on determination of division winners, WSSL allowed games that were played on Monday and Tuesday, June 14 and 15, to be included in final standings for all Select and U11 and older Recreation divisions.  Game reports were required to be mailed IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME, to allow sufficient time to be received and processed by the Scorekeeper.

To ease the process of tracking missing games, the Scorekeeper requested to be notified by e-mail of any games that were played on the extended season days, and also if possible that all results were emailed in addition to postal mailing the reports.  Scorekeeper e-mail address is  scorekeeper@wsslsoccer.org 

All other game reports for games played through Sunday were due immediately after the game, and needed to be received by Thursday, June 17. Scores for regular season games that were not received by this date were not  included in the Final Standings, and may have resulted in forfeits and ineligibility for trophies.  The above extension did not apply for regular season games.
